Day 1 (April 27th)
I had just gotten home from going to the generations fair with scouts.  I hopped on my bike and road down to Hemingway Court, where my friend Psycho usually plays basketball.  Psycho and his friend Mark were playing basketball.  I ended up playing 1 on 2 against them until Tiger, road down on his bike, and before then Mark had talked about having a watergun fight.  So Tiger and I road up to his house to get his CPS 1200, while Mark and Psycho went to my house to get my brother and Psycho’s SS 100 mk2 and CPS 1200 which were in the fort.  At first it was going to just be another ordinary eliminations battle, but a prelude to the Vermin War to come, since it being a small battle.

I filled up my CPS 2000 Armageddon, the same one I used in Dominator War 2, and had bought from Commander Dave (of GNG) of the Water Militia Army of Northern Virginia.  I had my sister’s CPS 1000 as a side arm,  even though she is on the other team she was furniture shopping with my parents so it was a legal steal (legal steal is using a gun when someone else isn’t on the other team yet returning it after the battle).  I climbed the bradford pear tree in the front yard next to my window and got onto the roof with my two weapons, clothed in baggy pants, my camo war jacket and a real tree camo bandana around my neck/face.  Tiger had his 1200 and was on the other side of the roof.  We waited for ages, and I told Tiger to get down and be bait for the enemy.  He got down, but went inside and watched from a window.  The enemy team had come through the woods up the bike path and were crawling accross it, but I couldn’t see them from behind the chimeny(my brother informed me on this after the battle).  By the time they got into the yard I saw them, Tiger had given me a forwarning before.  Mark had aquired the codename tank during this battle for legally stealing my CPS 3200.  It seemed as if Hellbringer had turned over command to 3rd in Command Psycho, and Tank who was just a mercinary.  Tank really had done a good job of sending them out throug the woods stealthly,  and when we saw them it was almost too late.  They charged the deck were Tiger was, only to be stopped by CPS fire from it and the roof.  They reformed, and encircled it, getting Tiger wet.  He ran back inside andstarted firing from random windows and doors.  I got a few good hits on Tank, by the end of this round I had 4 on him and only 1 on me in a 5 round elimination game.  They went back to Psycho’s house at least we thought, and refilled.  Tiger and I got on our bikes and pattrolled the streets of the neighborhood for the enemy team, I had shed my CPS 1000 because it was hard to use two guns on my bike.  By the time we got to Psycho’s they had left, if they had even gone there at all there was no sign.  We road back to my house only to be ambushed along the way.  Tank fired at us with my CPS 3200 and Hellbringer and Psycho fired 1200s at us.  We ran back to the house dropping our bikes and taking cover.  Using Psycho as bait with his SS 100 they planned to pull us downhill into the creek area and trap us.  We did not take the bait, but attacked Psycho from both sides he fell back towards the next ambush, but we didn’t fall for it.  Instead shouting for Corey and Pyro P we feined a flanking attack with reinforcements.  It worked, they ran accross the bridge and over the ford accross the creek.  Reforming in our neighbor’s yard they asked for permission to use the yard, in which was granted.  Taking up hiding positions behind many buildings they produced a deadly crossfire inwhich we could not advance over.  Then, we singled out Psycho who was hiding behind a plastic playhouse about 5 feet tall.  He fired, but then turned and ran.  They fired from behind the garage door and then ran to Hemingway Ct.  By this time there was an erie mist over the neighborhood and it had dropped to a cloudy 70F, and from the end of the street came two figures, aparently we were about to see were alegiances stood.  It was Jessica, \Falcon, and her brother Daniel.  We only got an XP 240 with this, and that wasn’t much to help so we went back to the house and she got my sister’s CPS 1000 for a main weapon.  By this time it was aparant the war had begun.

Just after we had refilled we were attacked from the backyard, all of us ran towards our bikes because we had not yet pumped.  Falcon didn’t get on hers but ran toward’s tigers house where we were headed.  Tiger got on his X Games Bike pretty fast and was almost off before they got there.  I on the other hand was weighed down by the CPS 2000 and was shot trying to get on my bike.  Throwing my helmet aside and falling off my bike I pumped up Armaggedon and said screw this”. I covered my teamates while they ran to Tiger’s house.  We were followed through the woods from his house towards mine again.  Yet, we isolated the two XP 270 users who were watching us, and massacred them.  The enemy ran back in retreat, and we isolated the rest and soaked them.  They took off down the bike path and out towards the road.  We split up, with Tiger and Jade Falcon on their heels I took off down the road and dropped down at the path opening.  Then they were flushed out.  I let out a huge 20x beam from my CPS 2000 and trapped them.  It took about 5 minutes before they finally got out of our trap.  Then they turned on us with a fury and pushed us back.  By the time it ended it was a pure stalemate.

Day 2
After Church some of my friends came to my house and got the idea of raiding the enemy base.  Its hard to keep a secret when your brother is the supposed leader of the enemy team.  He got out the word we were coming, and our attack fluked.  In fact the enemy had positioned two people on our flank and sweapt us back down the hill and towards the road.    We took up a position in one of the forts down at the creek, it was the one in the woods right where the path and Meuller Drive meet I was on this turned over tree that is about 8 feet off the ground, and is over all the brush but still covered, there is a tremendous amount of briars in front of this and the only way to get into the fort is the main intrance or to slash through walls of briars.  I had the perfect position on that tree and had an extended range, they didn’t get very far, and ended up having to refill.

It was about 4 o clock, we had started about 30 minutes ago, and most of the team had to leave for Youth Group, mine being at 7 I had a while to battle.  This only left Falcon and I.  Of course since lots of the people in this war are all from the same Church the enemy suffered this as well.  We were up against 5 people, my brother Falcon’s brother’s, and Psycho.  This was the usual party we were used to when just having casual battles.  Knowing they would launch the counter attack after our bloched crusade we took up positions across from the creek on a hill over a big ditch near the road.  This way when they came by we could hit them with out elevation advantage, while they’d have to climb into the ditch and back out before they could hit us.  First Hellbringer came out with a CPS 1200 and a SC 600 strapped around his waist.  The others quickly came after him and were on our side of the road.  About at the edge of my CPS 2000’s range they saw my comrade.  Trying not to show a sign of it they quickly signed to surround us.  Yet before they could we opened fire on them, catching them at the top of the ditch.  Some of them ran towards us down and up the ditch, while others tride to get around us.  Either way we attacked down the hill and out of the woods and pushed them back.  Yet by the time we got back out on the road they had reformed and surrounded us.  They isolated Falcon, while I took on two CPS 1200s.  It was a very wet afair of course, and at the end we all went inside wet after that, knowing they had the upper hand.

Day 3
After supper on Monday Tiger came down to my house to see if I wanted to get my CPS 2000 out.  We made a deal with my sister that if we watched her dance video then she would fight.  So, my brother and sister got out the guns.  Earlier that day there had been an attack on Falcon’s house, though it was basically just her brothers ambushing her and my brother helping out.  This was not the Vermin War we had in mind, while very fun it up to now was not collassal in size, was not extremely hardcore, and not even half of each team had been there.  Yet, that was merely because of the fact that we were aiming for June 7th and 8th, and had yet to tell anyone what was happening now.  My sister and brother got out their weapons and headed down to the creek.  Soon it was apparent that Buccaneer was more then a bit rusty.  She couldnt even find her teamate and it was only by our mercy that she was dry until she did, and Hellbringer never did turn out to be a good army commander despite how awesome a squad commander he had always been.  This day was simply a chase Hellbringer around the woods, help my sister get back into the flow even though she was on the other team, and make a treaty for a real war…  At the end of the day we signed an armistace for two more battles to conclude the war, May 10th, and June 7th.  We shall see what happens then…

Day 4 (May 10th)
It had grown dark, and the figures of the enemy team stood out like shadows against the pine thicket accross the road.  Graham and I had been filling waterballoons since 18:30, and we had around 75 to 100 filled so far.  Graham who came up with the codename Phothepson Abdul for himself kept talking about how they were getting ready to attack and he was getting tense.  In reality the three had just finished playing cards and were checking their weapons.  Yet the constant taunts from my sister were sinking into the mind and had become anoying.  Earlier Photehepson and I hunted down my brother, and pegged him with waterballoons.  In retaliation Cobra and Buccanneer, stole some of our flour bombs, and got two good hits on Phothepson and I.  Phothepson could not contain himself, and had to get revenge.  Gripping one of his Storm Tsunami Force 2s tightly he set off into the dark on a raid.

Judging by the sillouettes he had caused quite a disturbance and had taken some good shots.  I grabbed some waterballoons and covered his retreat.  The enemy failed to pursue, not one shot of the enemy had found its mark, and my comrade was as dry as I was.  This time I joined in, and attacked from the right flank, with a barrage of waterballoons, and the other Storm 2.  After this we had to refill, and the enemy had got right ticked.  They came after us in a fury, and we had to run seperate ways with them right on our heals.  Regrouping in the woods we waited for the Black Cobras (name = color + animal… how original).  Photehepson took up a position semi visible in Fort Salamandastron, and I hid in the shadows of nearby trenches.  The enemy almost surrounded the fort and had a feusalaide of water pouring onto it.  Two of the enemy had to run to refill, and the rest were within Armageddon’s range.  I picked out the one with the flashlight who was shining it at the fort and zoomed in my focus on my enemy.  Hidden in the black of night I pulled the trigger, “wooosh, bam” went the greeting of water against my foe who dropped the flashlight.  I ran out to cover Phothepson who was getting down from the fort, and found that my victim was my 8 year old sister who was really mad at me by now.  We escaped to the road, but I got a good hit in the right side by Cobra’s lethal 2700 which had a modigied 20x nozzle, and Phothepson was shot by Hellbringer’s 1200.  Cobra yelled back at me and started taunting me.  We ran into the street and I challenged Cobra to a 1 on 1 battle.  Each side agreed, at this point it only being 3 on 2, so we made our way under the street light at the end of the road each with our guns.  His first shot fell short as I dodged it, stepping to the side and firing back.  My first shot was a good direct hit to the upper chest, in which the spectators aproved as a hit.  The next shot was swerved and hit my feet, but this was not a legal hit.  I ran to the left and fired hitting him again, making it 2 to 0 on a 5 hit game.  Cobra ran at me with his half loaded 2700 and got a shot off, it wasn’t very acurate, but it spilled all over me.  This time I missed my shot and he hit me again.  Both of us hit our next shots, then I dodged and unloaded a final blow on his shoulder.  By this time both of us were out of water, and we retired for the night, each team taking turns using the faucet to fill up.  We went inside and talked online at Aquatica, then watched “A Knight’s Tale” before going to sleep.

Day 5 (May 11th)
At 6:40 we awoke to a breakfast of Donuts.  Oddly Hellbringer and Cobra were already inside from their tent, and were playing snake on the computer…  instead of Cobra’s beloved Age of Empires.  Seeing that we were up we had a Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 Tournament on my playstation in which Cobra won.  The battle had been anounced to start at 11:30 that morning, so we went outside and filled up more balloons and worked on the fort.  Around 10:30 Jade Falcon came down and helped us with more water balloons, by now we had about 400 filled.  I called Tiger on the phone to make sure he was coming, and soon he arived.  We brought everything down to the fort and got ready to fight.

The enemy could not find a base to use since Psycho had not arrived, and was still standing around their tent in my front yard.  Tiger got carried away and started hurling waterballoons at them, soon a skirmish broke out.  The enemy was forced back from the tent, but then retaliated with massed CPS fire.  Seeing that our primary weapons were at the fort I called off the attack.

Soon the Black Cobras came down to the creek where our fort was, and attacked us on 3 sides, in which they had built surrounding trenches behind fallen trees the day before.  Immediatly we opened up with a massed grenade attack, and the air was filled with waterballoon after waterballoon.  The enemy had to duck behind their earthenworks, but the folaige was so dense that our attack was not as successful as was planned.  We decided not to waist more waterballoons, and started using our CPS weapons.  A modded CPS 2700 was murdering us with his 20x modded nozzle from behind two tee stumps where there was a small trench area facing our direction.  I covered Tiger while he ran to take him out.  Along the way he ran into a scout with a XP 270, and obliterated him in CPS fire.  Tiger turned to the left down the path right behind enemy lines were they were firing on us, and got their artillery with two waterballoons square in the back.  Yet as soon as he had done this he was rushed by the enemy leader and a kid with a XP 270 who both soaked him, forcing him in retreat.  Jade Falcon ran out and covered him as he got back into the fort in a rage.  Tiger was just acting crazy, messed up, and all out stupid, but he was sure fighting like I’d never seen before.  Taking two waterballoons he ran up to the scout and slammed them on his back, this violated the 5 foot law set forth before the war, but Tiger was never a person to follow rules.  This was when we took the scout prisoner (see photo).

We were suddenly close to empty in our water supplies, and our refill bottles were draining.  The enemy also had taken a temporary lull in the combat and sent for refills.  We had lunch, the usual hotdogs, chips, and sodas.  Tiger left for Target to buy some guns, but he never came back.  However; Cristina came, and we fought some more.  We assaulted them after they took out base, raining down heavy with waterballoons.  We forced them from out base, but could not defeat them.  Another Stalemate…

Day 5  (June 7th)
The previous day I had contaced many allies, finding that out of the 20 members on my team only 4-6 could make it.  Though, I had a good ally this time, by the name of David.  He was expecting 15 people.  That morning we picked up Matt (Black Sword), Ron (Panther), and went by Cristina’s.  She didn’t come out, so we gave up on her.  At the house we got geared up, Panther was in full camo with his new CPS 2100.  Matt had a camo shirt over all black clothes, and a borrowed CPS 2100 from me, which I had bought the night before.  Tiger came out after lunch with his CPS 1200. There were only 5 in our group, oddly, not the 25 we had thought, but David had 15 so that was good.  David’s team (under David and Pyro P) where to hold the ridge, and take out an enemy outpost to the south).  The enemy vastly outnumbered us, but we had and still dont know final numbers as they gathered at someone elses house and not mine, the first time that happened since the 2nd War.  Each team had 3 strategicly located flags, we were only aware of one of the enemies’.  Thinking that our Brigade had about 25 members the enemy sought to attack us at our weakest location, David’s troops who were occupying the fort in the pinewoods which was on the highground and actually our strongest position.  Finding this out early from scouting reports we sought one thing.  Knowing that three were only 5 of us, and many possibly 35 of the enemy we did not defend the 3 flags set about us; also because the Black Cobras were assaulting the pine woods.  We chose to go after the people who had gathered at my house earlier and who were the leaders, and to take the flags.  A behind enemy lines mission that was very deadly.

We took a path up towards the pinewoods first, knowing the 8 key black cobras: Hellbringer, Bushwacker, Viper, Buccaneer, Blackhawk, Couger, Psycho, and Tank would be.  This we set out to do, at 1:30 pm.  Immediatly into woods, a vast pine forest we spotted a patrol.  They were aware of our prescence, but could not seem to find us.  They had a CPS 2500, CPS 1500, CPS 4100, Max D 5000, and 3 XP 270s, the rest of we couldn’t tell.  Every turn seemed costly time wise, and we finally got to the gully where the creek was, through a huge bed of poison Ivy.  We knew that to our right was where the main part of the battle was happening, or had happened, two squads trailed us, but we could not hear anything from the pinewoods were David’s Brigade of 15 supposedly were holding out.  It took us 10 minutes to get up the hill and through the woods.  The site of the fort was an ominous one indeed, noone was there, not a single person.  No sign of conflict, nor struggle was visible in terms of water or saturation; yet the fort wall were smashed down, the dirt trampled, and the pinestraw scuffed up.  A retreat without a fight?  Couldn’t be, this was not what our men were about.  We did not take time to find out the fate of our comrades, but marched deeper into the jaws of enemy territory, lurking not a seccond or delaying.  We came out at the road, and began a march down towards where we knew the enemy was at.

As soon as we came out we saw Cristina had come, I gave her the CPS 2100, and Matt picked up the CPS 3200 “animal”.  We took off witha vengance, vowing to kill their leaders, and win despite our comrades who had deserted us, mainly Jacob (gunny).  Tiger scouted out the enemy base, and spotted the leaders.  However upon entering their fort there was nobody, no one.  We left Matt and Tiger in a high holly tree as snipers.  We searched high and low, went back to the fort, and found traces of the enemy, scraped terain, water bottles, even broken balloons!!!  Yet no enemy.  We returned to the fort with no luck and split up to find them.  Cristina, Panther, and I set out towards the base behind Psycho’s.  A very freaky thing occured, there was NO resistance, only one scout gaurding the base who I picked off with the CPS 2000, I also stole the flag.  We met back up with our comrades, and searched repeatedly for 2 more hours with no luck.  Had David been over run, had the ringleaders moved on, their walkie talkie calls werent even on the reguler channels?  Then we came in contact with Pyro P, who had been sent out on a mission by  David with Primus to secure a small outpost housing waterballoons gaurded by 2 soldiers (see pictures), Primus had been killed afterward, and Pyro P had not met up with David’s army again.  This time I sent out Pyro P to the enemy base armed with his SC 500 (also a kid with a camera went with him as did before) to see if the enemy leaders where there and to snipe some (see pictures).   Finally on another scouting trip we found the enemy where we thought, in Blackhawk’s backyard.  Four surrendered or said they were no longer playing, meaning David had been over run.  Yet, others were not so disloyal, running down the driveway they tried to escape.  By now Cristina had gone home, and we were tired and mad from searching for so long.  Screaming war cries of no mercy and vengance we surged downhill and killed them.  Panther got two kills, and I had 1, yet Hellbringer escaped around the corner and did a marvelous dissapearing act and killed Panther.

Afterwards we sought to find what happened to David when we ran into Psycho and Backguy, and Zachary, members of  the enemy team.  Seeing that the first stage was over Bushwacker and Hellbringer joined them, and we dueled it out fiercly.  Panther got 2 kills before being shot himself, I only got 1, but did not get shot.
