Review

The CPS 1200 is one of the best guns you can use in a serious water war. By the end of the Vermin Wars the 1200 became very popular with members of Red Scorpion. It shoots far, it shoots hard, and it carries more water than its predecessor, the CPS 1000. The extra water is only good for 5 or 6 tap shots, but that might be all you need to make a critical elimination, or to bail you out of a tough spot. Another reason I like the 1200 more than the 1000 and 2100 is its rounded edges. It is much more comfortable to hold, easier on the hands, if you will, than its bretheren.

When fighting in serious water wars I highly recommend having several 1200s on your team, especially if they are k modded, which will give your guns greater range and more power. As for soakfests, use your range advantage over air pressure guns, and always pump when you can, because this thing is thirsty! It is also a good idea to fight alongside someone that has a gun with good shot time, because you will be vulnerable while pumping. That is why you need to use tap shots with this gun! Don’t empty your pressure chamber all at once unless you are doing a raid!

This gun is very structurally sound. The one weak point is the pump shaft, and for that reason, I recommend doing a pump reinforcement mod. The strap that comes with the gun isn’t too comfortable, so you may want to make your own.
