People weren’t too thrilled when the 2700 first came out. Most people complained about the lack of a 20x nozzle. Some complained about how completely ugly it looked. Others complained because that’s pretty much what we do every time a gun is released that isn’t the CPS 2000! Despite all the complaining and low expectations, the CPS 2700 has proven its worth time and time again on the battlefield.
It was apparent from the beginning that the 2700 wasn’t going to be a slightly altered CPS 2500 or the second coming of the CPS 2000, both of those guns were power heavy at the expense of field life. What the CPS 2700 offers, instead, is an insane amount of field life and an improved rate of fire at the expense of a little less power and maneuverability. Like the 2500, the 2700 has 3 nozzles.
